Still Eggplant

This blog is here for the regular person who just likes to go to the movies. Movies don’t always have to be the experience that all of the critics want it to be. Critics and cinephiles have seen every movie out there from time immemorial (or at least since film was created). So they go to the movies with all of that knowledge. They expect stories that will change their lives, it seems. They expect art. But sometimes you just want to go to a movie for the sake of going to a movie. You’re not interested in all of the pissy things critics say. You’re not interested in how much a critic is in love with his writing (and his hopes of being excerpted in advertising). So, sit back, relax, and let this movie critic give you the unvarnished truth about the movies. Let me re-set your expectations so you know what to expect when you go spend your 10 bucks.
